Terms and Conditions
Intro
ORA Funky Cat’s First Christmas Competition. To celebrate the festive season, we are giving one (1) lucky winner over £1,000 worth of prizes to share with their friends and family. Follow us this month as we share ORA Funky Cat First Edition’s First Christmas in the UK.
Entry Period
Competition entry period will start at 12.00pm BST on December 7th, 2022 and end at 11:59pm BST on December 22nd, 2022.
Prize
Winner will receive:
- £650.00 Canopy & Stars glamping voucher with use of an ORA Funky Cat First Edition for seven (7) days and £100.00 Electric Universe Charging Card (subject to license checks)
- £263.98 Nintendo Switch console bundle
- £100.00 Luxury hamper to enjoy on your glamping trip away.
Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available.
Eligibility
- The competition is open to UK residents only.
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
- Competition entries from employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members will not be valid.
- The winner must have a valid UK driving license to avail the use of an ORA Funky Cat as part of the prize. Driver(s) will be required to present a DVLA check code before receiving the vehicle. GWM ORA UK has the right to withdraw the use of the vehicle from the prize package if it deems the driver’s driving record is not satisfactory.
Selecting the winner
There will be one (1) competition winner.
The competition winner is not selected at random.
The competition winner will be selected by GWM ORA UK based on the strongest display of Trust, Authenticity, Inclusion & Care, within their Christmas Tradition.
The competition winner will be notified on December 23rd, 2022 by 5:00pm via email or direct message on social media.
The winner must respond by December 31st 11:59pm or a new winner will be selected. It is the responsibility of the winner to respond within the time-period stated.
Winners will be asked to provide the following to claim their prize:
- Full Name
- Delivery address
- Date of Birth
- Driving License number
- DVLA check code
- Preference for Luxury Hamper Delivery
Delivery and Prize usage
£650.00 Canopy & Stars voucher and Nintendo Switch Console Bundle will be delivered within 28 days of winner confirming delivery address to Competition Provider.
Voucher must be redeemed by November 29th, 2023, however the dates of the stay can take place after.
The £100.00 Luxury Hamper can be delivered within 28 days of winner confirming delivery address to Competition Provider or deferred to the date of your Canopy & Stars glamping experience. Luxury Hamper must be delivered no later than 1st December 2023.
The ORA Funky Cat First Edition will be delivered two days before your specified Canopy & Stars glamping experience. Winner to provide a minimum of seven (7) days notice to Competition Provider.
The Competition Provider does not take responsibility for prizes being lost in post due to incorrect delivery information.
Other
This competition is provided by I.M. NEV MOTOR DISTRIBUTORS (UK) LIMITED t/a GWM ORA UK (“Competition Provider”).
The Competition Provider reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Entrants’ names and stories may be included in marketing communications regarding the competition or shared on our platforms.
GWM ORA UK is the sole sponsor of the competition.
